Putti Fine Furnishings has grown from an antique store warehousing owner Linda Wade's unique finds, into a full-fledged home decor store, garnering world-wide media attention, an intensely loyal customer base and the 2001 CGTA Canadian Retailer of the Year Award. Since their opening in 1995, the store has expanded several times and the product mix has evolved from strictly antiques to a decadent selection of items old and new. Linda and Martin travel to New York, England, France and Italy several times a year to collect their stunning array of antique pieces, quality giftware and exclusive finds. Over the last twenty years, Kaoru Kamimura has provided evaluations of Japanese prints and antiques for museums. He has also lectured on Japanese prints to general audiences including at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre in Toronto.Member of the " Society for Japanese Arts ". The Society was founded in 1937 and now has some 800 members in 22 countries.
