Fresh Start was established in 1999 as an outreach ministry of East Side Church of God . Fresh Start established itself, and remains a vibrant outreach ministry within the City of Swift Current. Due to significant growth, it became necessary for Fresh Start to become its own entity. Therefore, in January, 2013, we officially became Fresh Start Program Inc. Over the years, our mission has not wavered. Ultimately, we continue to reach out to struggling youth, families, and individuals in a meaningful way.
