Canadian Inbound Tourism Association - Asia Pacific (CITAP) is a volunteer-based organization that is committed to further developing Canada as the preferred destination for Asia Pacific travellers. Established in 1997 by a group of Receptive Tour Operators with hopes of bringing together Asia Pacific tour operators to share and improve on tour operations, voice together to approach various levels of government and ultimately, to increase the number of travellers to Canada. Our membership today has grown to nearly 300 from across Canada and United States who proudly represent all aspects of the inbound travel industry. With the newly implemented Mission Statement, "Get Connected, Stay Connected to Increase Your Business from Asia Pacific" and with this new website, the CITAP Board of Directors along with the committees and the entire membership is ready to continue on with the work the association founders have set out to achieve.
