The Surrey Pilates studio is a privately run studio in Surrey, BC. We are a fully-equipped, classically trained/certified studio, (under the umbrella of The Pilates Center of Boulder Co.) All our staff is fully qualified and classically trained. We offer Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Chair, Cadillac), mat, and Yamuna Body rolling. We also offer personal training and small group fitness classes. The group classes are intentionally kept small so every client can receive personal instruction and every exercise is never given without forethought and reason. Our commitment is to teach Pilates in it's truest form - as it was originally intended.
