The Oak Avenue Neighbourhood Hub evolved out of the Mission Board of Oak Avenue United Church in 2004. The purpose of the Hub is to provide a range of services for people in the community as part of a continuum of support for all ages. The hub serves as a place for other organizations and agencies to offer programs and fosters a unified vision of promoting healthy community development. Each program and service works in intentional cooperation with the Neighbourhood Hub to ensure that the needs of people in the community are being met in a way that is integrated and comprehensive. We want to engage the Cedar Hills community of Surrey more fully and provide opportunities for community development activities. Mission Statement.
