DJ Drilling was founded in 1971 and has now been in the mining exploration industry for over 30 years specializing in contract diamond core drilling; both surface and underground. DJ Drilling embraces the concept of mining efficiently and productively. The experience gained over the years of drilling in remote locations has created a need for DJ Drilling to start designing and building some of their own industry specific equipment. DJ Drilling uses only experienced drill personnel, our crews are supervised by an experienced certified supervisor at all times. All personnel have basic First Aid training and in depth knowledge of safety around the job site. Crews are trained in consistent and correct use of drilling equipment and additives to ensure quality results in core recovery and care of the environment at all times. Jedway Enterprises has been building access roads, and mining for 20 years, and has taken on some of the toughest terrain in western Canada using low impact/high productivity equipment. Our crews have extensive knowledge and experience with mining in open pit and underground, mine support, road building and heavy hauling. Jedway Enterprises and DJ Drilling are committed to safety and this is demonstrated by our commitment to ensure that everyone working on site is trained on every aspect of mine safety. It’s impossible to imagine today’s world without mining. Safety is a part of our everyday routine, with tailgate safety meetings between shifts and close attention to work site and machine conditions at all times.
