Over the last 10 years, the Company has grown from one employee to more than 120 professionals in three offices across Canada. That remarkable achievement is a reflection of the dedication, hard work, and perseverance of the people that work within our Company, and the level of excellence that they strive to achieve every single day as they work for our Clients. Through those 10 years, we have often been a little too busy to pay our website much attention. We are changing that, and will be maintaining this website going forward so that we are able to better communicate the exciting changes that our Company is undergoing, and the efforts that we are involved with. Please browse through, and remember that this is but a snapshot of a Company that has a tremendous depth of experience and talent. Through our adoption of Integrated Engineering as a focus approach, that talent and experience is brought to the fore, and allowed to flourish within a creative group that works as part of an Integrated Project Team. By following the principles of IE, even the most junior members of the team are enabled to be part of the entire project, from initial drafting through to final commissioning. In this way, we continue to build on the capabilities that our Company can offer. I have had the great honour of being the President of this Company since its inception, being Employee #1. However, I view every employee we have as being number 1, as they represent our Company, our Culture, and our Creed. And without them, there would not be a Nordmin.
