The Tri-Community Health and Wellness Foundation, formerly the Stony Plain Hospital Foundation, continues the excellent work set out by Foundations across Alberta. We provide funding to three major areas, the first being the WestView Health Centre. The second major area of support is the TransAlta Tri-Leisure Centre (TLC). We believe that active living promotes happier and healthier individuals.
