Colin and Hillary are the duo behind CrossFit Steinbach. They like to lift heavy stuff. At various points in his life, Colin has been a duathlete, runner, climber, badminton player, CrossFitter, and environmental chemist. At various points past and present, Hillary has been a downhill skier, show jumper, runner, rower, climber, CrossFitter, and medical doctor. They have both been doing CrossFit now for over 4 years, although Colin likes to think he did some form of CrossFit for a year and a half in his basement prior to starting at CrossFit Winnipeg. 
CrossFit Steinbach is a welcoming and inclusive fitness center where customers find encouraging coaches and a supportive community. The coaches work with customers to help them progress and better themselves, regardless of fitness level or age. Members describe a non-judgmental atmosphere where everyone encourages and works together. CrossFit Steinbach has been instrumental in helping customers achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health.
