Whatever out situation, Felicia believs that not everyone can just overhaul their lives in a day, a week, or even a month. Many people try to take on too much, too soon, and feel like they have to be perfect. Then when they have a setback (because we all do, and no one is perfect), they get overwhelmed and discouraged and give up. She also knows that there is no 'one size fits all' program or answer for making changes.
