The hungry in your community. At the Community Food Sharing Association it has been our mission to meet two important goals: Our immediate goal is to feed hungry people. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that, by easing the struggles of the poorest in the province, no one goes hungry. It's natural in a privileged society to think hunger can't affect our community. But it does. Today, right now, in Newfoundland and Labrador, there are thousands of people who don't know where their next meal is coming from. They are adults living in your neighbourhood, in your community. Many of them are working in low-paying jobs as they struggle to make ends meet. They are children distracted by hunger on the bus or in school with your children. We want to help them, but we can't do it without you. When you donate money, food, or time to the Community Food Sharing Association you help us end hunger for those people today.
