Addserv Janitorial Ltd. has been serving the K-W and surrounding area for 38 years (since 1970) and have worked for some individual companies for almost that entire length of time! The company was originally started by Johan Pretorius as a way to support his growing family. He had immigrated to Canada with his wife and young son Deon in 1967. He worked very hard building his company’s clientele, beginning as a “one man operation” and eventually hiring several employees. His children grew up working in the family business, learning how to have personal interest in the clients and to take pride in a job well done. In 1996, two of Johan’s children, his son Deon and his daughter Anita along with their spouses, bought Addserv from their Dad. We have grown considerably since then, nevertheless, we still maintain personal, one-on-one relationships with all our clients. We are fully insured for your protection and we hire honest, mature employees that are well trained and amiable. Our managers/cleaning inspectors are the owners of the company, not hired staff, so you can rest assured that your expectations will be fully realized.
