Sunbury Shores has been the arts and cultural focal point of St. Andrews since 1964. For almost 50 years the Centre has accomplished this by offering a range of programs, workshops, residencies and explorations for individuals and small groups. Founded by Mrs Dorothy Meigs Eidlitz the Centre is the longest continuously operating facility of its kind in Canada. Mrs Eidlitz was a Zen Buddhist and wanted to create opportunities for people to experience and manifest the connection between art and nature. Today we offer programs and opportunities that allow a wide ranging public to do just that...from toddlers and teenagers to professional artists and those folks just looking for something new. Spend some time browsing these pages to familiarize yourself with established artists and our events and activities. This is a new site under construction so stop back often. For almost 50 years folks have been coming to this seaside location to paint, print, photograph and immerse themselves in one of the most inspiring places to be found anywhere. : As an enduring and vibrant cultural leader we enrich lives by championing the value of art and nature through diverse creative experiences. Vision: Integrating Arts and Nature to Enrich, Challenge and Inspire. Strategic Intent: Providing and Promoting an Environment for Learning and Creative Development.

Fundy North Fishermen’s Association represents small-scale commercial fishermen from St. Martin’s to St. Stephen including the communities of Deer Island and Campobello Island. We also represent river fishermen who work the Saint John and Magaguadavic River Systems. Our members fish for lobsters, scallops, groundfish, herring, shrimp, shad, gaspereau and eels. The multispecies nature of our fishing livelihoods allows our fishermen to work within a dynamic marine ecosystem; harvesting the species that are abundant and giving a rest to species that are scarce. Our fishery is a family affair. It is common for all the crew on a boat to be related; grandfather, fathers, sons, nephews, and even wives and daughters working together. For over 25 years, Fundy North has had a strong community ethic and has worked tirelessly to preserve the fishing livelihood for the next generations.
