Island Land Surveying Ltd. is a professional land surveying company with offices located in Victoria and Sooke, British Columbia. The company was established by Jason Kozina, BCLS and Peter Broeren, BCLS, PEng, in 2004 by purchasing the records and equipment of Orrico and Associates Land Surveying Ltd. of which both Jason and Peter were former employees. This purchase gave Island Land Surveying Ltd. survey records and digital files that date back to the early 1970's for properties on the southern part of Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.
