We use fresh, quality toppings for a fresh, bold taste. Unlike some, we use 100% real Mozzarella grated with Edam for our cheese blend. Real bacon, whole italian sausage links, premium ham, fresh (not tinned) mushrooms, premium Dole pineapple, and gourmet parmesan cheese are a few of the examples of the choice ingredients we use. Imagine it’s 1894, and you are nearing the end of a long days journey on the road to Leech Town to check your gold claim. As you round the bend, dusk is settling in.
