Lanark County Mental Health is a community based mental health Agency serving Lanark County adults and transitional aged youth who experience moderate or severe mental illness. The Agency is sponsored by the Board of the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital and supported by an active Community Advisory Board. We provide streamlined access to a range of crisis response, assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, court diversion and intensive community support services. A number of area agencies and hospitals partner with us to ensure comprehensive client support.
