Many have been patients for years and appreciate the approachable and highly knowledgeable vets, including Dr. Newbery and Dr. Fung. Some have experienced excellent service, such as free nail clipping, and have seen their pets improve in health. However, there is an incident reported where a pet suffered after being prescribed a strong drug, and communication and follow-up were lacking, leading to concerns about the care given.
