Radish Networks was born from Saskaweb IT Solutions in early 2012. We decided to relaunch the business with a strong emphasis on complete care. We were motivated by our experience with multi-party projects. We found our customers were invariably more satisfied when we had an active involvement from the very beginning. Application vendors appreciated our capabilities to make their job easier and customers appreciated our pre-sales research and our willingness to take responsibility for the project. Our experience has shaped our current philosophy: Customers want to communicate to just one IT provider and they want that provider to take care of as much as possible. Complete care means that we are the IT department for our customers. We’re available for our customers to discuss changing requirements or how to properly implement a new technology. We can forecast future requirements and back our assumptions by monitoring system loads and closely following industry trends. We handle the entire lifecycle of computers and computer network equipment. That means we take care of purchasing, documentation, maintenance, warranty management, and decommisioning. Chris Twa, BSc - President Chris Twa has a wealth of experience in information technology. His areas of expertise include project management, systems administration, enterprise storage, and computer network administration. Chris is happily married and has three busy children. Gurkaran Singh - Systems Analyst Gurkaran Singh has expertise with Cisco network administration, desktop support, and systems administration. Gurkaran has been employed with Radish Networks since March 2012 and has quickly become a valuable member of our team.
