Grand Heron is a popular destination for various activities throughout the year. The park is full of attractions and offers opportunities for practicing various sports. The people are nice and polite. The playground is excellent. The park is great for winter activities, with well-groomed classic ski trails and a warm facility with clean toilets, a cafe, and seating. The rodeo during the Ste-Catherine de la Jacques-Cartier Rodeo provides a nice atmosphere. The park offers beautiful natural scenery with opportunities to hike and skate with the family. Dogs cannot be walked on the cycle and walking paths, but it is still a beautiful place.
