Le Comité des Organismes Sociaux de Saint-Laurent est une table de concertation multi-réseaux et multi-sectorielles. Le COSSL est né en 1979 afin de mieux répondre aux besoins sociaux de la communauté. On retrouve des membres issus du milieu communautaire et du loisirs, du milieu public/parapublic, du milieu des affaires et des représentants du monde gouvernemental; tant fédéral, provincial, que municipal.
