L'Association des propriétaires de boisés de la Beauce est un organisme à but non lucratif fondé en 1962. Sa mise en place est venue de la volonté des producteurs d'organiser collectivement la mise en marché du bois à pâte, qui lui ont confié la gestion du Plan conjoint des producteurs de bois de la Beauce. Le territoire du Plan se situe dans la région administrative de la Chaudière-Appalaches et couvre soixantaine-deux municipalités dans 7 municipalités régionales de comté (MRC).
