This store initially combined their love of good food with their philosophy on healthy and ethical living. When they discovered that Amanda and their two children had to follow a strict Gluten-Free diet, they realized the pressing need for a place that not only acknowledged but also welcomed an awareness of food sensitivities and health consciousness. This created a shift in the business that led to a large renovation during the summer and fall of 2011 to create New Brunswick’s only exclusively Gluten-Free Bakery Café.
