The Cashier and The Supervisor Leave The Problem They Started For The Manager To Solve
Hello Value Village Shoppers:
Could you please give me some suggestions how I should talk to the store manager tomorrow on Mar 5? I'm very new client to this location.
At 19:30:328 I was ready to pay the cute electrical pot(RIVAL)for $7.99 at the cashier counter. Suddenly the cashier took the pot to the on-duty supervisor.
Shocked at seeing the price change from$7.99 to $10.99, I asked the supervisor why she changed the price from lower to higher on the spot , who said to me that I need to talk to her manager tomorrow on Mar 5.
I don't understand why the supervisor was capable of changing the price from $7.99 to $10.99 on the spot but incapable of explaining the reason to me.
Why should I talk to her manager who was not on-duty and neither changed the rpice from lower to higher?
Have you ever bumped inot this situation I met? How have you solved? Could you please give me some suggestions how to talk to her manager? Thanks.
