Whitehead Ginseng Farm began operations in 1992, planting its’ first garden, Oct 1/1992, in Armstrong, British Columbia. Rather than selling our first crop to the large Hong Kong buyers we developed a domestic niche market for fresh ginseng.. Soon we were shipping fresh ginseng to the U.S.A., Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and Australia.
