The Cronquist House is a summertime restaurant that can be rented out for meetings, small weddings, or other private functions. The Cronquist House is one of the few remaining buildings in Red Deer dating from the early 1900's when the district was settled. The three storey, 3500 square foot Victorian-style farm house was built in what is now West Park Estates. The original location commanded a beautiful view of the Red Deer River Valley. The house was built by the Cronquist family who were Swedish immigrants. In its day it was a large, luxurious and well-planned home.
