Red Deer Divorce Services is a company owned and operated by Neil Kelly. Neil is a paralegal with almost 15 years of experience working within the Court system of Alberta. He has considerable experience working as a paralegal with several years of law office experience. As the senior to paralegal to a now retired Queen’s Council lawyer, Neil acquired considerable experience with complex family law matters preparing applications and affidavits in support of applications. This experience goes far beyond what most paralegals can offer you. In addition, Neil has completed a Juris Doctorate degree from the West Coast of Law in Downey, California. This degree would allow Neil to write the Bar Exam in the State of California and potentially practice law there. Neil has decided instead to use his legal training to assist Albertans to obtain a cost effective divorce in Red Deer. Neil is also a student member of the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
