Fleur de Lys est l'un des plus grands centres commerciaux de la grande région de Québec avec ses 100 boutiques et services. Destination magasinage incontournable, Fleur de Lys est stratégiquement situé au coeur de la ville à moins de cinq minutes du centre-ville de Québec. Près de toutes les grandes autoroutes et à l'intersection de plusieurs projets d'envergure, Fleur de Lys est plus que jamais "Au Coeur du Changement". 
The Fleur de Lys Centre Commercial is a beautiful place with memories for many. Several customers went there for shopping, specifically for gold jewelry and visits to Walmart and Telus. The interior of the mall is reportedly improving, but some construction work is still ongoing. Some customers mentioned the absence of public WiFi and vacancies. Despite this, the overall feeling towards the mall is positive.
