KRM Metal Products has been in business since 1991. We are an ISO 9001:2008 Certified company. We have manufactured and helped develop fabricated and stamped products for the class 8 trucking industry, automotive OEM’s, Electronic Manufacturers and Retail distributers. Currently our production includes progressive stamping, tooled forming operations, single station presses, turret punching, high definition plasma, laser cutting, CNC shearing, CNC braking, MIG welding, and powder coating. KRM produces approximately 2, 500, 000 small stampings per year along with 40, 000 small fabrications consisting of 3-10 parts. We also produce 6000 large fabrication consisting of 12-50 parts weighing between 50 -1500 lbs. 90 % of these parts are powder coated and packaged according to customers specifications. Powder Coating is a process of electro statically applying dry particles of pigment and resin onto a part. The part is then placed in a curing oven resulting in a smooth coating that is durable, high quality and free of microscopic holes, giving it excellent corrosive protection.
