Founded in 2003, Ultimate Cheer spent its early days renting out a gymnastics gym. Doug and Judi Martin were the original founders, however, Karl Pinnock has taken the torch and been instrumental in the continued growth and success of Ultimate Cheer. Karl Pinnock has dedicated twenty-five years to the industry as a coach and gym director. He knows first hand the ins and outs, ups and downs, and in betweens, of this competitive team sport. He fosters a commitment and passion for bringing families together and inspiring young minds toward P.R.I.D.E. (Passion, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Excellence).
