Ottawa Valley, but called Toronto his home for many years, along with his wife Kate. Brandon worked in the food industry for a number of years in Toronto, and has always had a passion and apt for fine international cuisine. Kate is not local, but has family in the area, and many north of the Ottawa River in Quebec, as well as family in France, where she used to reside and returns to quite frequently. Kate also worked in the restaurant and food industry in Toronto, and spent much time in France experimenting with French and fusion cuisine. Both Kate and Brandon love to travel and to explore worldly cuisine and thrive on incorporating their food experiences into the versatile crêpe concept. They believe that great food, excellent wine, lovely music and stimulating friends and family is all you need to have a great time, and this is the positive vibe they seek to infuse into their restaurant's ambiance.
