Elisa McCoy, owner of the clinic, graduated from in 2007. Her training consisted of three years (3000 hours) of intense study of anatomy, physiology, pathology, clinical sciences, orthopedic assessment, therapeutic exercise and varied massage therapy techniques. In 2011, she completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences through Thompson Rivers University. Elisa is passionate about massage therapy, believing in its effectiveness. Helping others through massage therapy, Elisa welcomes clients with all health care needs. She is trained to assess a client’s needs and to develop an individualized treatment plan. Areas of massage that she has worked in include sports, special needs, pregnancy, infant and geriatric massage. Treatments may benefit many conditions such as stress, low back pain, headaches, chronic conditions, tendonitis and . Areas that Elisa has a particular interest in include working with clients with chronic illness, long-term pain management and those who are in palliative stages of life. Outside of work, you will find Elisa spending time with her husband, pets, family and friends, renovating her house, gardening, hiking, or swimming.
