Saugeen Bluffs Conservation Area is a spacious and rustic campground located along the Saugeen River. The park offers various playgrounds for kids, some with older designs but well-built and in decent shape. There are lots of bathrooms with mostly outhouse-style facilities, some with water attached and free showers. Dogs and horses are welcome. The park features hiking trails, river access, and various amenities such as pool tables, ping pong tables, foosball tables, and a general store. Some sites offer river access and are private with trees for shade. The area is popular among kayakers and canoeists, with convenient showers and clean flush toilets available. Prices may be considered steep, but the unique experience and beautiful trails make up for it.
