CVMA-SBCV Chapter Overview : CVMA-SBCV Chapter In 2011, the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) and the Society of British Columbia Veterinarians (SBCV) joined forces to create the CVMA-SBCV Chapter. The CVMA and the SBCV are partners in pursuing their shared commitment to serve the needs of the veterinarians of British Columbia through the delivery of valuable and pertinent national and provincial services and programs. The CVMA-SBCV Chapter provides provincial services like local professional development opportunities, social and networking events. The Chapter also represents the interests of BC veterinarians with the provincial government, animal welfare organizations and other stakeholders in the animal health care profession in that province. It is an effective provincial agent, providing local perspectives on developments and issues affecting the veterinary profession in B., and creating opportunities for those issues to be recognized and included by the CVMA in its national advocacy efforts. The CVMA is the focal point for national representation activities and the delivery of important programs, tools and services to support veterinarians personally and professionally. If you are a veterinarian in the province of British Columbia, we invite you to learn more about the CVMA and the CVMA-SBCV Chapter. We, as survivors and consumers of the mental health system, engage in mutual support, empowerment, and information sharing. We, affirming the dignity and worth of the individual, advocate for alternatives and improvements to the established health care system, services and issues which affect our well-being. Approved by OPSA (PSO) membership at the general meeting held on October 13, 1993. The Bronson Centre is a popular live music venue in Ottawa, known for its amazing people, exciting show lineups, and cozy, intimate atmosphere. Customers praise the excellent service, comfortable seats, and fast, friendly bar service. The sound quality is on par with larger venues, making it a great spot for both small and larger concerts. Parking can be a challenge, but customers appreciate the security and feeling of safety. Some shows may be pricey but are worth the experience.
