The West End Hockey League is committed to creating a hockey program for youth that is fun, where participants can develop and learn the technique and skills of the game, life skills, and good sportsmanship in a safe environment. The West End Hockey League is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of 10 Executive members who are elected by the membership for a period of 2 years. The day to day operations of the association is handled by the Board of Directors, in addition to appointed Convenors and other volunteers.
