We promote a team approach to rehabilitation and in addition to our own team members we as such work closely with other team members including psychologists. This includes liaison with other treating professionals, attendance at team meetings, joint treatment sessions and/or co-leading groups. Additionally, we provide consultation with hospitals/referring facilities to reduce duplication of services while ensuring continuity of care and a smooth transition to the community.
