At the Ruddy Family Y, our doors are open for those who wish to get healthier, find support, and make friends for life. The Ruddy Family Y is a 45, 000 sq.-ft. inclusive, community-based facility providing unique programs and services that meet the needs of the community. This centre offers access to cardio and strength equipment, a group fitness class studio, a cycling studio, a 20-metre pool, a children's teaching pool, a child's play area, a gymnasium, and universal, men's and women's locker rooms. Sample programs include: Strength training and aerobic conditioning, group fitness classes, personal training, recreational and educational programming for all ages, inviting social spaces, and child minding services.
