Getting married is one of the most important days of your life. My name is Markus Staley and I am a Toronto wedding photographer and I specialize in local and destination weddings. Through photography I love to create beautiful art, and photographing weddings is the most beautiful canvas of all. Capturing the love, happiness and beauty of a couple’s wedding story is truly an honour and I find new inspiration when working with each new couple. Using a blend of modern, editorial and photojournalistic styles, both posed and candid images, I document a couple’s day to reflect their personalities in a fun and artistic way. I now work with my wife, Eva, who is a wonderful photojournalist. Her easy-going spirit and warmth help make every wedding day more fun and enjoyable. Wedding days are usually quite busy and, as a team, we try to make the photo part of your day as stress-free and fun as possible. Photographing a wedding is not just about creating art. It is also about helping to create a positive, fun-filled and happy experience for the couple. While we take our work seriously, we do not take ourselves seriously.
