Initial contact with the coordinator was described as friendly and welcoming, with agreements made to ensure the event could run effectively despite uncertainty. The center provided helpful introductions to technology departments and readily accommodated any necessary changes. Pre-event visits were accommodated, meeting rooms were spacious and suitable for distancing, and meals were delicious and accommodating to various dietary needs. Affordable accommodations were also clean and comfortable with excellent service. The overall cost was reasonable and all areas of the facility were adapted to the needs of the event. The staff received praise for their exceptional attitude, knowledge, and willingness to assist.
