Heather Holmes (Hons B.F.A. Jazz Performance/ Hons A.A Music) has been singing since before she could talk! Her first memory of a Christmas gift was a pink and purple microphone and she used it every day singing La Bamba! Heather began taking vocal lessons at 5 years old and started piano at 18 when she started university. She has been teaching voice and musical theatre classes when she was sixteen and hasn't stopped since. After attending City University Of New York in New York City as a vocal performance major, Heather returned to Ontario and began teaching in the Orangeville and Caledon areas. In May 2012 Heather opened TriTone Music Studios in Orangeville and is loving every minute of it! As a classical and jazz trained singer Heather has a broad range of abilities to share with her students. She teaches all vocal styles as well as piano and theory.
