(In Canada we use licensed Canadian plumbers who cover the Windsor & Essex County area of Ontario). When you call Plumbing Professors, you have access to our round-the-clock Call Center, and a fleet of plumbing, sewer and drain technicians that are available to serve you. We employ multiple Master Plumbers, Journeymen and Apprentices and are always looking to add to our team of qualified technicians. Our team is paid by the hour, not on commission, they only have your best interest in mind and will always recommend all appropriate repair options to you. Once you have those options, they will discuss them in detail with you, allowing you to pick the option that works best for you. You approve the repair option and the price BEFORE we start doing any work. We stand behind our work. You will be happy with our work or we will do everything in our power to make you happy.
