Incorporating Israeli song and dance and traditional practices into daily activities; 4. Promoting mature, healthy social behaviour and a sense of community responsibility; 5. The ideal of 'hadracha b'dugma' (leadership by example), setting the highest standards of social responsibility and self discipline for oneself, and expecting the same from others.
