First of all––a psychotherapeutic Gestalt approach is an extremely reliable way of understanding the human nature and the person’s issues. Besides, it includes a perfect set of therapeutic techniques. Deliberately, I do not describe in detail the therapeutic methods I use. It is scientifically proven that an efficiency of the therapy is determined not by the method, but by the individual style and skills of the therapist. The therapeutic relationship is much more important than the therapeutic techniques.

Africanadian Mediation and Community Services (AMCS) is a non-profit community based conflict resolution service in Toronto, Ontario. AMCS was incorporated in August 2001 as a community based non-profit and charitable organization to assist the African, Caribbean communities in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) resolve disputes in English and major African languages by volunteer community mediators who are trained in the process of mediation and problem solving.
