Monica & Mike purchased the building in May 2011, and renovated the building that was once a convent and most recently a spa and esthetic school, into a luxurious bed & breakfast. T.hey now live in their private quarters with their 3 children. In June of 2009 they opened Black Spoon Bistro, located in the heart of Downtown North Sydney, only a 5 minute walk from the B&B. Their hospitality and love to cater to their guests needs convinced them to open Black Spoon Bed & Breakfast! Monica and Mike pride themselves on attention to detail. They are committed to ensure that their guests are well looked after at all times and that their needs and expectations are met.
