Owner Frank Spartico started out washing dishes in a kitchen when he was 14 years old. He worked his way from the bottom up and has been in the food industry for more than 20 years. He has always had a hunger for food knowledge and over the years has owned a gourmet sub shop, a deli, a bakery, and a restaurant.
