We are a bright and beautiful upper studio located in the heart of downtown Nanaimo, grateful to be conducting our business operations on the traditional (unceded) territory of the Snuneymuxw First Nation. Our space is 1100 square feet and we have 16 spots available for our classes for spin, yoga and barre classes. We are here to make your workouts fun, and to facilitate an environment that allows you to connect with others in our community to inspire each other to work a little harder and stay focused a little longer. We just want you to move your body, and challenge yourself a little more with each class - and we recommend a combination of activities for optimal health. 
Zen Revolution Yoga+ Spin+ Barre is highly regarded by customers for its top-level classes, experienced instructors with contagious energy, refreshing atmosphere, and convenient downtown location. The studio offers a range of classes including Spin, Yoga, Pilates, and strength training. The child care option is a appreciated feature for new parents. The welcoming space and lovely clientele contribute to a positive and enjoyable experience.
