Our creations are vegan / vegetarian & gluten free, with no additives or preservatives. At POWER HOUSE our foods are consumed in their natural state. Our nuts, grains and seeds are raw, containing their life force (living). Raw grains & seeds are sprouted prior to use in our recipes, to maximize the nutritional content of our food menu items. We prepare our pizza crust, breads, crackers & granola at a temperature no higher than 118 degrees Fahrenheit, through dehydration.
