The Nanaimo Gymnastics School is a not-for-profit society dedicated to foster, improve and encourage amateur gymnastics, sportsmanship and good citizenship. Our mission is to develop an effective gymnastics program, that which maximizes skill acquisition in a safe and structured environment. Our coaches are certified under the National Coaching Certification Program and pursue other educational opportunities to become the best gymnastics coaches they can be. We welcome athletes ages 18 months to adulthood and have various programs to choose from, from drop-in to preschool and recreational structured classes, from birthday parties to a highly successful competitive program in the disciplines of Women's Artistic Gymnastics and Trampoline & Tumbling. 
Nanaimo Gymnastics School is a well-regarded gymnastics club with experienced and supportive coaches, focusing on fun and physical literacy. Families appreciate the central location and the structured, organized environment. Patrons praise the patience and thoroughness of instructors.

Customers praise the yoga classes, especially Yin and Yang yoga with Cheryl. There are also opportunities for pottery.
