In 1964 Jack Paice started Paice Construction, and his son, Terry Paice, took over the family business in 1973. Bob Nelson began working for Paice when he was only 15-years-old, and became like family. When Bob was 27 he started his own construction business and is sub-contracted by Paice. When Terry was ready to retire, Bob bought the business from him, and continues the tradition of excellence started by Jack Paice in 1964.
