Yoga is for everybody! Planetyoga.ca is hatha yoga taught by certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor tim ruddy in the tradition of yoga master B.K.S. Iyengar in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Tim has been a practioner of Iyengar yoga for 25 years and an instructor for 17 of those years. He has taught in many cities and countries on this planet including: San Francisco, Brasil, Toronto, India and now Montreal. He took his teacher training at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco (IYISF) in 1999 and was certified by the Iyengar Yoga National Association of the United States (IYNAUS) in 2003. Tim now resides and teaches Iyengar yoga in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and holds the Junior Intermediate 2 certification.
