Restaurant «Aux Lilas», established in the spring of 1980, is truly a family business grown out of the will and devotion of its Chef-owner Christine Farhood. Christine inherited her tenacity from her great-grand-father who settled in this country in the late 19th century, and her culinary talents from her grand-mother who dispensed both training and recipes brought directly from her Lebanese village of Ayn Hershey. Apart from providing high quality and authenticity to all her dishes, Christine undertook the task of initiating her customers to the variety and excellence of Lebanese wines; in so doing, her restaurant became the first Lebanese establishment of its kind in Québec. No wonder therefore that, for more than 2 decades, «Aux Lilas» has been a reference among the best Lebanese restaurants here and outside our borders. «Aux Lilas» is also a catering establishment, where you can pick up your favourite dishes for you and your family or event for a larger number of guests.( A 10% discount is offered on the price, taxes excluded) So we are looking forward to welcome you on Avenue du Parc in the near future.
